Two failing piers replaced and underpinning added along sections of the perimeter block work, restoring stable support to a Belmont home.
The property had piers that no longer supported the building properly. Some sections of the perimeter block work also needed extra support to stop further movement.
Our team replaced two piers and re-levelled the load they carry. We then underpinned the affected sections of the perimeter block work, so the footings sit on solid, stable ground.
The building is now properly supported and the risk of further movement is removed. The owner has peace of mind that the foundations are sound.
