Sam saved me 900k. I called Newcastle foundation repairs while in the cooling off period for a house purchase to get a quote for pier replacement after it was flagged in the building report. While Sam was at the property he went well beyond the scope of what I requested from him and took several photos of major defects that were downplayed or missed in the building report. This included crawling around under the house in hard to reach places.

After sending the photos he spent 30 minutes on the phone with me going through what the issues were. I had Sam and the boys do a complete overhaul of the piers of my house due to ground movement. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and the work they put in. The end result is above and beyond what I expected.
